Cat Vaccinations,Testing, & Prevention


Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calcivirus, &Panleukopenia (FVRCP)

This combination vaccine helps protect againstfeline distemper & highly contagious respiratory viruses which can make thepet very ill & can be potentially fatal.


Rabies is a virus that can be fatal and can bespread to humans.  This vaccine isrequired by law and given by a veterinarian with current annual wellness exam.

Feline Leukemia (Felv)

Feline leukemia virus adversely affects the cat’s body in many ways.  It is the most common cause of cancer in cats.  It may cause various blood disorders and may lead to a state of immune deficiency that hinders the cat’s ability to protect itself against other infections.

Feleuk/FIV Testing (Feline Leukemia/FelineImmunodeficiency Virus)

Detects if pet has either one of these diseases.  Either one of these diseases can cause the pet to have a life long sickness and long term care.  They can both be potentially fatal.

Fecal Testing

This is a screening for intestinal parasites which can be transmitted to other pets or humans.

Wellness Blood Screening

Depending on the age of the pet, we mayrecommend different screening panels that may include Chemistries, CBC,Thyroid, and Urinalysis.

Flea Prevention

We carry Revolution which is a monthly topicalflea prevention and also helps protect against heartworm disease, roundworms,hookworms, & ear mites.
